Attending my first concert at Ravinia Festival

We enjoyed the performance by Sir James Galway (a world famous flutist) and the CSO (Chicago Symphony Orchestra).
(A) This is my territory. (B) They found a good way to keep my mouth close during the performance. (C) Like father like daughter.

My first trip to the National Park
We had a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on June 1. It was my first experience in the national park. This national park is crossing the State of North Carolina and Tennessee.

Welcome aboard of the United Airline service to Raleigh, NC!

Is this the first class seat?

We stayed two nights at this cabin "Loving You". This cabin is for time sharing and was well maintained.

It should have been an easy hike to this Laura Falls. Well, my weight is close to a backpack, so it is still quite a load for dad.

We saw lots of wild animals in the park including white-tailed deers, wild turkeys and black bears . We were especially excited observing black bears. My parents posted me as a "cute wild animal"!

This pioneer settlement house looks big, but how could they get along with thousands of mosquitos?

The Cligmans Dome is the highest point at this park. Dad told me that he had done a backpacking trip here a year ago. It looks very foggy and cold at the moment.

When mom went to a business trade show on June 5, dad and I had a day trip to the Natural Science Center of Greensboro.

The mouse is not the only animal that bites.

We flew back to Chicago today. It was a nice trip!
