Drawing class

This is the studio I have gone since this summer. I have improved my drawing skill, especially in coloring. I also enjoy using scissors very much. Below are my latest drawings.

Home stay after the weekend trip

I am not allowed to go to school for a week because I was out of Shanghai for the weekend! Due to the frantic concern they have about H1N1, after we returned from Guilin, we were told by the school that all school kids have to stay home for a week if they leave Shanghai according to the new city law. Mom did not know that beforehand, so she is paying the price for telling the inconvenient truth.

Guilin trip

We went to Guilin due to Dad's business trip over the weekend. Mom and I and the family of Dad's boss had a day trip in Guilin (桂林) and Yangshuo (陽朔). It was very warm but lots of fun! We first took 4.5 hours boat tour from Guilin to Yangshuo, and then had a kayak (竹排) in 遇龍河. At night, we watched Impression San Jie Liu (印象劉三姐) by Director 張藝謀 (http://www.yxlsj.com/). Huge crowd, grand stage, more than 600 performers-It was very impressive!
