Mom and I experienced the power of a strong typhoon yesterday. We couldn't find a cab when the wind and rain became so strong, and someone that was very kind drove us to the 大安 MRT station. During the 10-min walk from 101 station to home, we were so scared. The wind was howling, and the rain was pouring. Mom was holding my hand so tightly that she was so worried that I might be blown away. We were like crying all the way. It's a unforgettable experience, and we were so relieved when we arrived home.
